You have the names right, that article's reference is poorly worded. 1 QB offer out for 2014, 2 for 2015, 1 for 2016.

Top 2016 pro-style QB Xavier Gaines cuts his list to 10, Ohio State makes the group: Buckeyes recruiting
COLUMBUS, Ohio – Urban Meyer is apparently sticking with only one quarterback commit in the 2015 class, but landing a stud at the position in the 2016 recruiting class is a must for Ohio State.

There are a handful of junior quarterbacks in the picture for Ohio State, but one of them recently trimmed his impressive scholarship offers list to 10 programs, and the Buckeyes made the cut.

That prospect is Xavier Gaines of Frostproof (Fla.) Lake Wales, a 6-foot-2, 210-pound pro-style quarterback who already has a scholarship offers list that consists of more than 20 elite programs.

Joining Ohio State on Gaines' list are Auburn, Florida State, Clemson, Notre Dame, Tennessee, Alabama, Central Florida, Baylor and Virginia Tech.

Gaines has yet to be rated by Rivals.com, but his list of scholarships indicates that he's going to be one of the top quarterbacks in the 2016 class.

Other 2016 quarterbacks in which the Buckeyes have heavy interest are Jawon Pass, Malik Henry, Jarrett Guarantano, Brandon McIlwain and Dwayne Haskins Jr. Most of them camped with the Buckeyes in June.
