I think/hope we will see the talent/ability advantages now weaponized on both sides of the ball. That's the beauty of having Knowles and Kelly as coordinators.
Funny you mention that. I had a call with Brown last week and although the last thing I was going to do was ask him about football (I'm assuming that's what he usually gets), I looked him up in advance. I didn't know/remember that he was the second pick in the 2005 draft. Crazy how the RB...
It does seem like this group, staff and players has the chance to be historically great. I’m, of course, fired up to see it as a Buckeye, but also as a college football fan.
No heat, of course, but I love the spin and accuracy he was able to get out of the wrist-sidearm. That shouldn't be primary, but it's great to have in the quiver. We didn't hear about footwork problems, but we did hear about his really high processing speed. Ideally, what that allows you is...

Gotta respect Jenkins down there at #10 with the second highest ypc avg (just edging Galloway) and the most career yds (edging Boston) and he did it without Glenn's deep speed threat. Helluva college receiver.
I don't think Air has to be factored into this calculus yet. If I'm his dad, I'm saying, hold what you've got for now, soak it all in, and help them develop you and we can recalculate later. The portal, if necessary, is his friend when/if that time comes IF he's gotten as much out of his time...
I think there's more talent across the board now, but we've also had talented guys before and almost criminally failed to develop and coach them. Knowles & Co. are GETTING IT DONE. I LOVE seeing younger guys come in and ball and it's also good for recruiting. That doesn't happen unless...
